About

Jasper is a recently graduated costume maker and supervisor based in London, England. During his second year studying on RADA’s BA in Technical Theatre he specialised in costume supervision, supervising several shows at RADA as part of his course and continuing on to be hired to supervise another RADA show outside of term and the WOCo production of ‘Marriage of Figaro’ which rehearsed in London and performed in France.

Outside of supervising, Jasper learnt how to make costumes including pattern drafting and manipulation, constructing a costume, tailoring, alterations, and much more. During his third year at university Jasper completed 5 making projects as visible on the making portfolio page. Jasper is passionate at making and is particularly skilled in working with 1940s to 1970s silhouettes and techniques.

Prior to RADA Jasper has worked in west end lighting departments as a Followspot Operator since the age of 16, and while trying to move away from the lighting field has gained lots of valuable experience of working within professional theatre environments in he found his calling to the entertainment industry.

Outside of costume Jasper enjoys researching family history, taking in good films, and has an amateur DJ career. CV available below:
